Product Description:

Our UHMWPE pipeline maintains stable physical and chemical performance under extreme low temperature, strong acid-base corrosion, high-speed solid-liquid mixed slurry impact and long-term cyclic conveying working conditions. It has become the preferred long-life pipeline solution for global mining, dredging, chemical processing, power plant, port and metallurgy industries. We support customized diameter, wall thickness, length and connection methods to meet on-site installation and conveying demands of different overseas engineering projects.

  • Extreme Super Wear Resistance: Unique ultra-long entangled molecular chain structure delivers 4-7 times higher wear resistance than carbon steel pipe, 2-3 times higher than stainless steel pipe, 4 times higher than ordinary HDPE pipe and 6 times higher than nylon pipe. The average annual wear loss is only 0.58mm, greatly reducing pipeline replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
  • Full-Spectrum Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Complete saturated molecular structure without active chemical groups, resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, salt water, organic solvent, mine wastewater and various corrosive media. No rust, no oxidation, no chemical reaction forever, completely solving metal pipe corrosion failure problems.
  • Unmatched Low-Temperature Impact Toughness: Maintains super high impact strength even at ultra-low temperature of -196℃, no brittle fracture, no cracking under strong external impact and internal slurry instantaneous impact.
