Shandong Jiubei New Material Co.,Ltd always holding on the idea of QUALITY is the most important! We have two inspection teams, each order we have our inspection people follow on from the raw material to delivery. 

No.1 Raw materials

All our goods belongs to chemical industry, and its quality mainly depends on the raw material, and we request all the raw materials strictly supplied according to the national standard, with clear quality test report. for some of the main material our workshop has incoming inspection. 

No.2, Procedure inspection

All our goods produced with mold, no matter by extruding, or rotational molding or man made rubber hose. we have inspection on mold before production. Right mold , right dimension!

No.3 Daily Inspection

Our workshop has daily inspection man, who mainly focuse on the appearance, dimension,  of the goods!

No.4 Special inspection

 Depends on different goods, we have special inspection, for the pipelines, we have inspection on the hydralic pressure test; for the PE pipe floats, we have the impaction test and so on.

No.5 Quality certificate before delivery

No.6, Third party inspection we also support!
