1. High wear resistance
Compared with existing plastic pipes, UNMWPE wear-resistant pipe has the best wear resistance, which is 4-7 times that of Q235 steel pipe and 2.7 times that of 16Mn wear-resistant Q235 steel pipe . As a result, it increases the flow velocity in the pipe and improves the transfer efficiency by more than 20%. The service life of UHMWPE pipe is more than three times that of wear-resistant steel pipe.Wear-resistant UHMWPE pipes have great advantages in replacing traditional metal pipes in the distribution of abrasive liquids.
2. Impact Resistance
Wear-resistant UHMWPE pipe is highly impact resistant and is 5 times stronger than HDPE pipe, 2 times stronger than PC pipe and 10 times stronger than PTFE pipe. Due to its excellent impact resistance, the UHMWPE pipe can withstand severe water hammer when pumping stations are started up.
3.Low Energy Consumption
Abrasion-resistant UHMWPE tube is self-lubricating and non-stick coated. Its coefficient of friction resistance is 0.009 and that of steel pipes is 0.013. With the same diameter, the flow rate of UHMWPE pipe is higher than that of steel pipe, and with the same flow rate, UHMWPE pipe can save 25% energy.
4. Lime-free
With a roughness of 0.00022 and a smooth inner wall of the tube, limescale deposits can be effectively prevented without acid cleaning, which greatly saves maintenance costs.
5. High flexibility
Due to the high strength and elongation of at least 350%, the UHMWPE pipe and the connection point will not break during the installation of the housing, ensuring the maximum normal inlet of the waterfall.
