Product Description:

Our UHMWPE pipes are manufactured from premium-grade ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, delivering unmatched wear resistance, low friction, and chemical stability. These pipes feature ultra-smooth inner surfaces (surface roughness ≤0.01 mm), reducing energy consumption by minimizing flow resistance. Available in diameters ranging from 50 mm to 1000 mm, wall thicknesses customized per application, and lengths up to 12 meters, they support both above-ground and submerged installations across industries like mining, dredging, sand extraction, and power plant ash handling.

Key specifications include:

  • Density: 0.93–0.94 g/cm³
  • Abrasion resistance: 7x better than carbon steel under slurry conditions
  • Operating temperature: -40°C to +80°C
  • Impact strength: >150 kJ/m² (no brittle fracture even at low temperatures)
  • Chemical resistance: excellent against acids, alkalis, salts, and seawater

Unlike rubber-lined or ceramic-coated alternatives, UHMWPE pipes offer homogenous wear protection throughout their structure, eliminating delamination risks and ensuring consistent performance over decades.
