Description
Drilling hose/rotary hose/kelly hose, according to API 7K standard, applies to flexible hose connection between the top of oil drilling, well cementing, work-over and down-hole maintenance operations. Drilling hose is also used to avoid the installation error between drilling pipe line and stand pipe shaking. To transfer high pressure oil or water based mud.

About Drilling hose:
The high pressure Rubber mud hose, vibrator hose and drill hose consist of 4 layers. The frame is made of steel wire rope with high strength. The inner seal layers adopts synthetic rubber which is weather, oil and heat reflective.
The material of external protective layer for rubber mud, vibrator and drilling hoses is also made of synthetic rubber which effectively resists aging, oil and abrasion.
Besides, additional layer for fire protection can be added according to customer requirements.
