The hull of the dredging floater are made of PE material with good flexibility, and it is filled with high-density polyurethane foam inside. With reasonable structure and loaters are ideal to replace the steel pontoons for the floating unloading tube.

1. Good flexibility and excellent impact resistance, especially suitable for installing in the sea;

2. Light weight, easy for installation and handling, with lower cost for transportation;

3. Corrosive Resistance with longer service life, it could be 3 times longer than steel pontoons.

4. The cost and performance are more economical than steel pontoons.

5. Usually, 2 pieces of floaters are worked for 1 pair, 2 pairs for floaters are worked for 1 group, 1 group floater could float 6-meter-long steel pipe and 1.5-meter-long rubber hose.

The characteristics of Polyethylene Foam Floats:

1. The floats have lower pressure, with reasonable energy absorption;

2. When the ship is mooring alongside, the float has extensive adaptability to the ships' rolling and pitching;

3. With low density, it is convenient to install and maintenance;

4. It has wide application, and not affected by the small or big ship;

5. With high impact resistance, anti-abrasion, it will not aging in natural conditions, rather economic and durable.

Note: two pairs of floats form a group, and two pieces form a pair. A group float can float 6 meter long dredging hose. If there are special specifications, we can follow users' requirements.
