Our Dredge Rubber Discharge Hose​ is engineered for continuous transport of abrasive slurries, sand, gravel, and sludge in marine dredging, land reclamation, and mining operations. Built with extra-thick wear-resistant rubber, steel wire helix reinforcement, and weather/UV-resistant cover, it delivers longer service life, reduced downtime, and lower total cost compared to steel pipelines in dynamic dredge discharge systems.

Product Overview & Construction:

• Inner Tube: High-abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber (NR/SBR blends), smooth-bore to minimize friction and clogging, with typical wear layer thickness ranging from 12–50 mm depending on diameter and pressure class.
• Reinforcement: Multiple plies of high-tensile fabric cord combined with a fully embedded spiral steel wire helix. This dual reinforcement provides crush resistance, prevents kinking, and maintains shape under vacuum and pressure loads, supporting working pressures up to 35 bar and burst pressures 3–4* WP.
• Cover: Black synthetic rubber with optional bright orange PU coating or spiral stripe for visibility and enhanced UV/seawater/oil resistance. The cover includes breaker plies for cut and impact protection in rocky or debris-filled environments.
• Standard temperature range is -25°C to +80°C (–13°F to +176°F); custom formulations are available for colder or hotter service.
