The stud welding type wear-resistant ceramic lined pipe is a toughened ultra-thick wear-resistant ceramic that is welded to the inner wall of the steel pipe, through an advanced stud welding process to form a strong wear resistant layer. This product is specially developed for anti-wear equipment with high working temperature. The highest temperature resistance is 500℃.
Super wear-resistant: The ceramics are made of high-quality alumina ceramics, with a hardness above HRA 85, which extends the service life of the equipment 10 times at least.
Ultra-impact resistance (very critical): The product adopts the whisker fiber toughening technology independently developed by Kingcera, which can increase the toughness of ceramics by more than 1 time.The technology won the third National Science and Technology Progress Award. Whiskers have good mechanical properties. When whiskers are snapped and broken, they expend a certain amount of energy, which is helpful in preventing the cracks from spreading.
High temperature resistance: can work for a long time at 0 ℃ -500 ℃, which can be met by general transportation systems;
Drop Protection (Very Critical): Each ceramic piece has highly durable and wear-resistant screws going through the ceramic and welded to the steel bottom plate, combined with a strong hold and double insurance to ensure it doesn't fall.
