Dredging Self-floating hoses are an important part of the dredging discharge process. they must be very flexible and robust for the most challenging of working environments and to match customers' needs. They are the development direction of the dredger dredging pipeline, and are suitable for the harshest sea or mining conditions.

 

1.The outer cover is made from a rubber compound that is higly resistant against weathering, UV and Ozone.
2.Wear indicator layers can be implemented in the dredge hoses which transport abrasive medium.
3.A single foam floating layer prevents water absorption. The hose emergence above the water is not less than 20% of the total volume.
4.Custom flanges are available.Bending angle: in working conditions, the bending angle is from 0°to +45°.

 

Purpose: It is mainly used for dredging and transportation pipelines in the sea and rivers.
