Inflatable PVC Boat Fenders
Polyethylene is a kind of material environmental friendly,which is both non-toxic to the health of people and environment. Especially, the PE mark buoy doesn't need to be painted,which is a extreme progress due it benefits the protection of operator's respiratory system and water growth. In order to avoid the uncomfortable feeling of the operator during maintenance progress especially at the time of cross shake of the buoy and displacement of the lighthouse maintenance platform,we will limit the period of buoy's cross shake to 50%-60% of wave period,which can prevent the resonance of two periods.
Meanwhile, the buoy is of light weight and high flexibility,so the vessel will not be damaged after impact the buoy.
The issue we mostly take into consideration is the safety of the operator.We will increase the non-slip measure on the operating platform of navigation buoy and lighthouse,make non-slip surface and reinforcement measure on lighthouse's ladder. For navigation buoy and lighthouse,all bolts are 316L stainless steel bolts. The Stress Safety Coefficient is more than 3 times of that of the place where the bolts will be installed. For the inside steel structure of lighthouse,the stress was designed in 2 times of the stress which 17grade wind speed(60m/s) will effect the lighthouse.
